Paul came round to our house very quickly to see the rooms where we wanted air conditioning installing and booked us in straight the way. We received great after care advice and also gave us clear instructions on how to operate the unit and app.

These guys are Fantastic! Paul and Ash were amazing from the get go. Initial conversation was very professional. I had little knowledge about air conditioning and Paul had no problem answering all of my questions. Very experienced judging by his knowledge.

Paul and his team did a great job fitting 2 air con units in our house, 1 for an office and one for bedroom. They paid extra due care and attention to the pipework and drains outside, proactively taking the time and hassle rather than short cuts. Inside everything was left immaculate. Highly recommended, might well be going back for more to replace our central heating with these!

When needing advice on obtaining and fitting an air conditioning unit for the children’s new detached playroom a professional friend suggested contacting Paul at Leicester Air Conditioning Services (LACS). Paul called in and measured up the space and advised us of a suitable cooling, and heating, system with an all-in supply and fixed price.

Once agreed, without any ‘high pressure’ salesmanship, the delivery and fix date was agreed with a mutual time. The two-man team arrived on time, and had all the necessary pipework etc to hand, for a completed job and testing demonstration before they left. All packaging and bits and pieces cleared away without any sign of their visit.
After a year of regular use, both cooling and heating, the system was fully tested, serviced, and reported upon. Now a second year has passed without any concerns, and frequent use by all the family and a second anniversary service is almost due. A helpful reminder comes to arrange a convenient time and knowing the agreed modest service charge.
We have reliable unit, by a well-known manufacturer, fitted and serviced by a professional firm who we can readily recommend.

Had Paul round to fit a unit to the wall in the living room, was very professional and clean. Had good communication throughout and was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

We have had 3 units fitted in our salon. These are great for all seasons and we can keep the salon at a set temperature all year round.
They were fitted when the salon was closed, the salon was left tidy and ready to work again the next day.
I found Leicester air conditioning services were great from the start, explaining what was best and making sure I was happy with the units placements. Fast, efficient and have been great with any questions we’ve needed answering since. Would highly recommend.
