Phil and Callum moved my boiler and radiators. They were both very informative, professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. Price was as agreed in quote despite the job being more complicated than the original estimate. Both offered great advice to use the boiler settings to improve efficiency - would definitely recommend both.

Phillip was generous enough to let me accompany him and get work experience for a week as I am currently working towards completing my gas qualification. Philip is without a doubt one of the most professional engineers I've worked with. Using shoe covers and dust sheets, leaving a job spotless wondering if we had even be there at all. Phillip does installs, repair and service jobs to a high standard and with a friendly manner. I highly recommend Jones heating to anyone in need of a gas engineer.

Job was to close off a very old gas fire! First class service, excellent care taken to prevent mess, clear and precise information about how work would be carried out. Work done efficiently and in a friendly and helpful manner. Very knowledgeable and able to advise about other questions we raised. Would highly recommend as was reliable and punctual.

Philip is a great heating engineer, very professional and reliable. I have used Jones heating previously and was impressed with their customer service so didn't hesitate to use them again for another heating issues. I really appreciate their communication and willingness to help and would recommend them. Philip always responds quickly when you message him. He is reliable and punctual. He has helped us out quickly and efficiently in an emergency. We have 2 rental properties and we always use Philip for the annual checks and any problems that arise.
