The main contractor was Grangewood Builders of Loughton, a Company that has undertaken many similar refurbishments in Mayfair and Belgravia over the years.
The 5 storey building was completely stripped of services and each of the five apartments was fitted with either a Vaillant system or combination boiler serving AEL column radiators.
The basement and ground floors were converted into one apartment and a Mitsubishi PUHY-P250YHM condenser was installed and connected to seven ducted indoor units strategically positioned in the apartment.
